I have stayed here quite a bit when on a budget. The staff are wonderful, genuinely friendly and pleasent! Love them! The only reason my review isn't 5 star are the rooms and facilities. I have gotten to used to 5 star hotels in QLD and maybe a bit spoilt! But there is nothing wrong with the rooms, just a bit dated and this is right next to Cavill so you get the occasional young drunk teens! Besides that the staff look after you and are wonderful, will stay again when I escape Melbourne weather :)
