Don’t bother visiting this dealership if you want to test drive a new car. I went in there this afternoon and was told by the new car salesman ‘David’ that I couldn’t test drive the car I was interested in until I was ready to sign on the dotted line. He said that a test drive is only allowed at the ‘end stage of the deal’ ??. I have never in my life heard anything so ridiculous .. as if I would spend $40k + on a new car without test driving it first!!! So as you can imagine I very quickly left the dealership which I will never ever step foot inside again. Now looking at other options elsewhere.

Terrible after purchase service. Purchased a second hand car from these cowboys and was assured it would be given a thorough service and check before I took it. Few weeks after purchase found that the bonnet struts were rusted out, obviously old damage, and dealer wont even reply to emails requesting coming to some sort of way to sort this situation. Purchased from a "reputable" dealer hoping to avoid suprises like this - turns out they are worse than the wholesalers!
And to be perfectly hosnet more annoyed that they dont even have the decency to reply to my emails or calls - even if it was to be a neagative reply it would be nice if they had the decency to discuss it.
Avoid at all costs.

I have purchased two vehicles from these people and both times has been a disappointment.
I purchased a 2nd hand Rav 4 for my son. They tried to increase the agreed on price just prior to finalising the transaction which became a stand off. Then 4 months later 3 parking tickets arrived which were just prior to our purchase. Nice touch. A pain to sort out with Gold Coast Council.
Then I purchased a new Hilux SR, again incompetent handling of the transaction and late delivery of the vehicle
