Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa

I came to the Marriott for a friend's birthday where they planned for everyone to have the seafood buffet. I was skeptical... $80 for a buffet? Boy was I wrong. The food was exceptional - from the fresh bugs to the oysters kilpatrick and the dessert and cheese station. I would definitely spend the money again, definitely recommend.

I attended a work conference here and found the hotel, room and services to be top notch. Since suffering a severe knee injury, I was concerned that my impaired mobility would be a problem but staff were more than happy to oblige in any way they could to make sure I was comfortable and able to move around. I was charmed by the salt water pool and the beautiful fish. It was just what my weary body needed. The Marriott is outside of the hubbub of Surfers so it is quieter but you might need a car if you are planning on heading to some of the attractions.

The Marriott has been renovated fairly recently and the makeover looks great. Citrique is great for a meal in the lobby, there's Sake bar and other options for in house dining.
Otherwise, lounge out by the lagoon and order a drink.
Great choice for weddings and corporate functions.
A great Gold Coast hotel.
Minimal charges for parking apply.

Have stayed here three times before. Very easy to get to and around surfers. will be back again.

We loved it and will be back for sure! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service/ food was fantastic. Salt water heated lagoon was just what we needed although the variety of fish was disappointing, hardly saw any. Perfect holiday for families or couples. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Loved everything about it.
