Programs are designed to cater to YOUR health and fitness goals as well as program designs for SURREAL Kids, SURREAL box-fit and nutritional support. For those interested in the team building experience I also have specially designed Boot Camps, combing both physical and mental strength but take note, these aren't for the faint hearted!
Personal Training sessions are designed for 30-45min with a Full Health and Fitness Review prior to the session to assess your wants and needs. please feel free to contact me if there is any qualms, queries or concerns.

I've been training with Aaron for the past year now and I've gone from weighing 108kg to 58kg (losing 50kg) and maintaining my weight. Aaron is an amazing trainer, who always comes prepared with fun and interesting programs and I always look forward to my sessions with him. He is very encouraging and pushes you hard to achieve but never to the point where you resent him! Not only does he talk the talk but he also walks the talk which I think is a big bonus. I tried going to a gym but nothing beats training outdoors. I highly recommend Aaron and SURREAL P.T. if you want to achieve something amazing
