Hypnotherapy is a very safe treatment involving guided visualisations that work by relaxing your body and mind allowing your critical self to sleep while you work with your loving self that appreciates just how wonderful you are. Yes, how wonderful you are.

This therapy is effective for addictions, skin conditions, anxiety, confidence, healing illness, finding your life purpose, anger, eating habits, fears, nail biting, obsessions, pain, panic attacks, stammering, teeth grinding, thumb sucking, chronic fatigue. In fact, any issues at all. This is therapy that works.

I also offer past life regressions, going back to a time that's very memory will help you today. A time when perhaps you were more confident or had an amazing talent as a musician. All these memories are part of you and you can use what you find from the past to help your present.
