Worst podiatrist ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! appointment was at 10am, didn't get seen until 3:45pm, ridiculous! stay WELL AWAY from S. Daphne.

I had some pathology test recommended by one of the GP which was sent to this clinic. When I went and had an appointment with a GP they told they haven't received the test. They get me to sign the medicare claim form without providing any services. Call health scope and been advised the test are sent. Asked the staff member and they don't know anything about it. They showed me the piles of papers stating my test results must be in there. They asked me to get the blood test again over there which doesn't make sense. It was really frustrating for me. I don't know who run this clinic as they do not have an website.I am not gonna go their again.

I just can't believe how the reception staff was unprofessional.

I was very happy with the service I received. I arrived at 11am, was seen by a doctor within 15 minutes, he was empathetic and helpful, had an x-ray straight after upstairs. Recptionist was friendly and the female radiographer was extremely personable and went over and above to make me feel relaxed, comfortable and more cheery.

Only go there if you want a medical certificate or a prescription for anything. Waited 2 hours with my one year old while he was running a temp of nearly 40. 2 weeks later waited 2.5 hours with my 3 year old to be told that the doctors had all gone home for the night and to come back tomorrow.. Had a 'virus' diagnosed by a doctor who looked at my throat from across the room, while I was talking. And I have been asked several time if I have had the baby yet...referring to when I was pregnant with my now one year old son.
