Sushi Central

I really enjoyed this sushi stop. They didn't have the largest selection I'd ever seen but they definately had some different items, I especially enjoyed the fried prawn with fried veggie on the outside, delicious and a quick and easy place to pop into when on a lunchbreak!

Visiting Sushi Central has basically became a fortnightly ritual for myself and my partner. In general I have found Sushi here of good quality and definitely tasty. However I am a regular customer and have found that on occasions, sushi made by some of the staff is not as visually appealing. The shop has been running the cheap Tuesday promotions which makes it great value, last time I went it was $2.80 flat rate for any type of sushi dish.

No communal greeting which is small but a nice touch. Sushi was fine although the tempura ice cream was a let down.
Not a bad experience but ok in a pinch.

Great sushi. Best in the Greater brisbane Area.

Their Traditional style sushi is good as well as the "westernized" style sushi's with the mayo and other sauces dripping off it.
