A recently renovated sushi restaurant located next to Bentleigh train station. A cosy place to dine in but a great take away sushi bar. With average prices and freshly made sushi, this is a busy little place during peak times. I highly recommend the sushi platters for upcoming events. Don't forget to try their crispy chicken and calamari hand rolls!
I usually dont like surprises but Sushi Factory surprised me...and I loved it! We ordered 2 mains (Salmon Teriyaki & Seafood, vege tempura), noodles, 2 x fried rice & 8 x hand rolls. Just over $50 total. This was for 3. Let me set the scene, I love Japanese, but I usually go in expecting to spend a lot & eat little. At Sushi Factory, its Japanese & its great value for money! Strange I know. Now, let me state that dining in, although possible, isnt too great. Its more of a take away/cafe type arrangement. But if you do want, tasty, fresh, quality & cheap Japanese - well Sushi Factory takes the cake!
