I tried many sushi rolls from many shops in Melbourne. I reckon this is the No. 1 sushi take away shop (Five Star) in Melbourne so far. There are 2 sushi shops in Toorak Village , but I like Sushi Gallery better. They make beautiful and top quality sushi. A variety of sushi rolls, very fresh Sashimi! ...Yumplus they use fresh cooking oilI to cook tempura prawn... I saw them using traditional way to make Japanese sushi rolls which it is rarely in Melbourne. I suggest all the sushi lovers better go there and try the best sushi rolls in Melbourne. Yesterday, I went there again and I ordered 2 party platters. The party platters were so beautiful. It's worth to order party platters from them. My Japanese friends enjoyed the sushi they made last night. I am thinking I must to tell everyone!
