Its hard to distinguish yourself being a takeaway sushi place & in the CBD with so much competition around. But each time I walk past here there is always a long line. So finally decided to try their sushi & it was great. There are some seating inside & the kitchen has a large glass window where you can see a production line of workers and sushi being made. There was quite a good variety and everything tasted fresh. I enjoyed the sashimi which was fresh & sweet, the edamame which is always good & seaweed salad. The unagi/eel was nice but a bit chewy. Scallop & salmon were both good & surprisingly the vegetable tempura which was very tasty. The dragon roll was a bit disappointing but the ships were all nice and very creamy, maybe a bit too much mayo. Overall a great choice & tasty food.
Really delicious fresh suhi. The selection is varied and interesting and they are always sure to have plenty of filling (as opposed to some sushi which is a bit rice heavy). The shop has a nice open front and friendly staff. Very convenient location, seconds from TownHall Station. Perfect for a quick lunch or a cheap dinner on your way home from work.
