Sushi Maru

Not much more expensive than the 'sushi train' branded sushi train, Sushi Maru is very clean and slightly more upmarket.

Their miso soup is flavourful and their sushi is very fresh.

As far as sushi trains go, this is definitely up there. It is a little on the pricey side, but you're paying for quality.

My favourite dishes were the prawn skewers (that marinade is amazing!), the fresh rice paper rolls and the vanilla mochi dessert (it's so soft and sweet and delicious). I wasn't a huge fan of the fancy scallop and salmon rolls though - it was too much and you couldn't taste either bit of seafood really because they were drowned in sauce. Overall though, the quality of sushi was very high.

I will definitely be back, and this will likely be my new go-to sushi joint. The food is really good.
