Sushizilla Express

Located at the lower ground floor of the newly opened Central Park shopping centre, SushiZilla Express is the takeaway version of the SushiZilla Restaurant & Bar that is two floors up. It is a small island shop but brings a new concept to buying takeaway sushi.

Like getting breads from Bread Top, you pick up a tray and a tong, and then choose from a variety of selections of sushi, sashimi, and salad from the display (protected by the sliding doors for hygienic reasons). You then go to the other side to find selections of tempura as well as drinks before you pay at the counter.

This outlet might not look busy but it does in no way reflect the quality of the food: it is fresh and is of very good value. The sushi rolls are quite large and have the ingredients from end to end (i.e. no hollow bits).

The staffs are friendly and helpful as well.
