Would rate this as zero if it was available. Bought 1 scoopon for 4. We all ordered the same thing...so not too complicated, one person serving and cooking....waited 1 hour for our food. Anyway all our poached eggs were stone cold, bread was as hard as a rock and usually expect spinach to be cooked. When I told the person our eggs were all cold...basically didn't really care! We visit a different cafe monthly for our catch up and this is defiantly a cafe will will not visit again. I think if you advertise a scoopon or other offer you really need to put on more staff.. Overall sorry very DISAPPOINTED.....
Yummy brekkie, delicious focciacias and yummy cakes!!! My favorite i's the chicken snitzel wrap or foccacia, home made and taste great! None of that processed stuff. Everything is fresh and of high quality. Need Some fine quality food?? Go to fine food and coffee :) mmmmm
did not know the content of the food that they sell, have given me the wrong order on multiple occasions with no apology or regard that they have given me meat when I have explicitly said I am a vegetarian and have ordered vegetarian food. No apology their response a shrug and "it happens" no refund no replacement NO GO!
Hmmm sounds like u have ur knickers i'n a bit of a knot. Iv been a regular customer of this delightful cafe for well over two years now and have experienced nothing but the best of quality of food as well as great customer service. Staff i's very friendly and well attentive to customers needs so mayb u needed to b clear that ur after vegetarian and I highly doubt they will make that mistake TWICE. Highly recommend this cafe for both their taste and quality of food as well as the warm and welcoming manner of the staff!
i have been going here for many years and have enjoyed the food
and loved the coffee i find it hard to believe that they would confuse a vegetarian order and put meat in it and not give you a refund.
