Absolutely horrible. I have never been to a business that acts so rude to customers.



I didn't expect amazing service, just to be treated fairly and with respect. All I got from them were unhelpful attitudes, rude comments.



Customers come to your shop so that you can help them get the parts they need. Customers want your service and expertise, not a disrespectful attitude. If I just wanted parts I would buy them cheaper and more efficiently on the Internet.



I will never use your business again. I will pay more and get my parts from elsewhere in NSW or shipped interstate, other businesses are keen for my business.
