Swagman Lures

We manufacture several types of fishing lures for both fresh and salt water.

Jumbuck
The Jumbuck is a deep diver with a wide slow action; it is available in three sizes. The 100mm Jumbuck dives to 40 feet (tested with 30lb spiderwire towed about 40 meters behind the boat); the 85mm version dives to about 20 feet and the 60mm model to about 15 feet. Jumbucks are available in 19 colours for the two smaller versions and 11 colours for the 100mm version. Jumbucks have been used successfully to take many species including - Murray cod, yellowbelly, redfin, mangrove jack, flathead, barramundi and trout.

Whiplash
A minnow type lure, which dives to about 12 feet and has a tight shimmy action, it is available in 17 colours to suit all types of fishing. The whiplash is ideal for - trout, tailor, bream, flathead, bass, mangrove jacks, cod, redfin and yellowbelly.

Loaded Dog
Is a very effective casting lure with a tight, erratic action, it dives to about 12 feet and is available in 19 colours, it targets fish such as - trout, tailor, bream, flathead, bass, jacks, cod, redfin, barramundi and yellowbelly. It is very effective when cast around snags for cod, yellas and barra.

Rippa
Another minnow type lure slightly larger than the Whiplash, it has a tight action and dives to about 7 feet. The Rippa is available in the same colours as the Loaded Dog and targets the same species. It is an excellent barramundi lure.

Barra Supreme
The Barra is the generic barramundi shape and is available in the deep diving version (about 15 feet) and a slightly shallower running model the "Barra Mid-runner" (about 9 feet). This is an excellent barramundi lure however the name should not imply that it is only for use on barra's, it has been used to take all types of fresh and salt water species. Both versions are available in 15 colours.
