Swansea ^E Black Swan Waterfront Motel

The waterfront room had a lovely view, however the room had an unpleasant damp smell which I tried to freshen up by putting on the aircon. Unfortunately the aircon was too loud to hear the tv in the evening. I found the management's manner to be considerably rude- talking over me, arguing instead of listening, getting cranky for having to pay to send a fax- despite that I offered to email in an effort to help. This was a very unusual motel experience, and was quite distressing. The room was however, clean.
