Stay away from this store and in particular the store management. Has no idea of customer service... arguing with me whilst serving another customer when I was already being "attended" to by someone else!
Also If you want to refund anything ensure you keep all packaging as you received it and wear gloves when you touch your product as god forbid you will get your fingerprints on it and it won't be refundable!
Better yet go elsewhere the prices are nearly half of what you'll pay in that store!
