My daughter brought me to Swarovski for what I thought was purchasing new Christmas ornaments for her tree.
To my delight, a few weeks later I received a lovely Swarovski Christmas star. It sparkled beautifully on our Christmas Tree and meant so much since it reminds me of our shopping experience while visiting Melbourne.
Staff are nice and rather helpful. The products are much of the same - I'm from Brisbane and I thought there may be some different products down there but there wasn't, not that it's anyone's fault. A nice little shop to look at but I've never bought anything from there.
The staffs are friendly. However, it there is a fault in their product, it is very difficult for them to give compensation.
Once i bought a pendant with necklace for my girlfriend, however, after a month the crystal turned black, it took them 8 weeks to get it repaired, and it's still happened again. It has been 3 or 4 times, however, they still not willing to replace with the new set, they blamed it to the customer, they way we wear the crystal..
Not really good place to be~!
