I thought I had placed a review here for you Nicky, Max & Chris but I cant have saved it or something - my apologies. I want to say what an excellent team to have made an acquaintance with; all very helpful, courteous & kind across the board. I would recommend SWAT pest control to anyone wanting prompt, efficient & friendly service from start to end. Intitally what caught my eye was the use of non toxic pest & flea control product as I suffer from FM and needed to be sure I chose the right product for my health needs and those around me. So my thanks to you all Nicky, Max & Chris. Very grateful.

We get Max and his team out to services our house on a yearly basis. He does an amazing good from top to bottom. He is very professional and answers any queries you may have about the process and what to expect. Would recommend this company to anyone. We are in Springfield, so great he can come out this far.

I rang SWAT Pest Control Services, and from the time I dealt with Nicky who answered all my questions, with such a kind and helpful manner, then Max came within days and look after my home like it was his own. He respected my belongings and the way I lived. I felt so comfortable having the Swat Team take care of my pest problems, you will forever be my Pest Controller.

I rang Max this morning in a panic after a virtually sleepless night from having had three huge spiders inside the house within the last 36 hours. I left an incoherent babble of a message on his phone at 8.51am and he rang me promptly back at 8.53am. Then he and Chris showed up at 11am! I couldn't have asked for more unbelievably speedy service. He and Chris are both lovely and reassuring. They were patient, accommodating and they didn't even comment on the mess in the house! They answered my queries and Chris even shook out a pile of sheets on the laundry floor for me in case last night's monster spider had decided to go hide in there. They paid extra special attention to the areas over which I showed concern and they were in and out very quickly. I am very relieved to know the house will be spider free for a year and I will definitely be calling SWAT every year from this point on to deal with the pests. Thank you Max and Chris!

Max is really friendly and answers all my enquiries patiently. On the day of treatment the weather was slightly wet so I was quite concerned but Max offered to come back again to do another treatment if needed. When I had an ant problem after that I told him and he replied promptly and came back within the next 2 days! He's really professional and I would definitely recommend them!
