Very disappointed with service. I booked in and waited 4 weeks so I could get loan car, confirmed loan car 2 days before. Turned up on morning of appointment, no loan car, am 2 hours late for work, as they match paint and order new part in for me to spray then just come back for fitting. So I drive out with car in same condition as I drove there. This could have been done in the first place. 2 weeks to get return phone call. Go back no cant just do swap over of parts wait around again, have to leave car and then they wanted to charge me insurance for loan car for 1 days use. ask for inconvenience if they could fix paint chip on door, NO PROBLEM THEY SAY, they mark it out and make note on window of area where chip is. Pick up car in afternoon, no chip been fixed and had to come home and wash the car myself to make sure paint matched, as well as polish marks out of bumper myself to ensure job is acceptable.
