I bought a cake from here for my nieces christening, they made mistakes on the cake and all the extras i paid for wasn't on the cake i was very upset as my sister picked the cake and was in tears, i called them to advise this and they said sorry etc and that they would give my niece her 1st b'day cake for free......the free cake we decided to go with was lovey and we were happy until the day we got the cake home and it started falling to bits!!!!!! i cake worth $350 should not be cracking and falling to bits after it being at home for 1 hour these cakes are meant to last!! when i called to tell them what happened they not only told me to get f*** and blamed the cake falling apart on me they were yelling at me the whole time, i would recommend you never buy a cake from this place and horrible worst customer service i have seen
My fiancee and I went on a Saturday for a taste test as we are looking for a wedding cake for our wedding late next year, we saw some of their work online and thought they would be able to help us.
When I walked in the shop looked nothing like a studio, it was run down, there was a hole in the wall, the shop looked like it needed some TLC or even a lick of paint, and all the display cakes were dirty and looked like they had not been dusted for a long time, which was off-putting, and they did not have any pricing on them so you had to ask for every single price on the cake, which seemed to annoy the person in the ...read more
