I went to Sweethearts Bridal last weekend and found my dream dress..... I have been to several other salons over the last few weeks but this shop was far the best! All the ladies were fantastic and so proffesional. My consultant let me try on lots of dresses as I wasn't quite sure what I wanted , so I was able to try all diffrent styles to see what would suit my body and the wonderful ladies at sweethearts finally found my perfect dress. I can not recommend these ladies enough. It was within my budged and the dress was absolutely perfect, my bridesmaids also agreed. My dress incorporated all the elements I loved and once completed with the veil and hairpiece, it was AMAZING. My wedding is not till mid next year so the payment options were easy , no big deposits up front required. Just purchased my dress with Sweetharts Bridal. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Staff member Debra served my sister's 7 years back and has now helped me find my perfect dress. Her attention to detail is amazing and she walks you through everything. The shop has the largest range of wedding dresses I've ever seen and their excellent service adds even more to the experience of finding your dream dress.

I barely ever leave reviews but after today I need to let other customers know not to shop here! I had my wedding last year and experienced rude, arrogant staff in this boutique so decided to go somewhere else to purchase the dress I tried on there. Today I gave them another chance and accompanied a friend back to the store to try dresses for her wedding. Once she disclosed her budget they were so so rude and judgemental not helpful at all we ended up walking out
