There is no greater gift than the arrival of a new life into the world. Dr Gary Swift has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynaecology Gold Coast, Reproductive Medicine and Surgery since 1993, qualiftying as a specialist in 1999.

As a highly respected specialist his areas of expertise and particular interest are:

Infertility / In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) and all facets of Assisted reproductive technology (ART)

Laparoscopic Surgery for endometriosis, ovarian and other disorders

Pregnany Care and Management.

Dr Swift has actively stayed at the forefront of developments, techniques and technology relating to all three areas. He has completed highly specialised training in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery at the Mercy Hospital for Women in Melbourne, under the tutelage of the pioneers in the field.

Dr Swift was appointed Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Bond University in 2011, lecturing and supervising the Womens health Curriculum, and a visiting specialist in Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery at Gold Coast and Robina Hospitals.

He is currently involved in the planning of a Minimally Invasive Surgery Unit at the new Gold Coast University Hospital.

With impeccable credentials and qualifications, Dr Swift also combines a genuine warmth and commitment to the families he works with in all areas of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
