Absolutely horrible! At first I felt so comfortable with the staff i talked to, re-assured me many times that the service will be provided. I called on Friday, since we moved Saturday and they didn't show. I waited for 6 hours and no body arrived. I called the removalist and they wanted to charge me again, which at that point all I wanted was for someone to move my belongings!
