Swimart Baulkham Hills

I used Swimart for 9 months. At the start I had two technicians who were terrific both of whom have now left the company. Technician after technician then came out, none of which were helpful. I was never advised when someone was coming, they would alternate days and the only way I knew someone had been was when I received an email invoice. Customer service was average at best.

I had a specific problem with my pool which was never resolved even after 9 months of trying. I have now changed to a different company and the issue was fixed in the first visit.

I would not recommend Swimart Baulkham Hills.

Trusting someone to come into your house while you are not around says a lot about customer service expectation. A level of trust is required, with #Swimmart Baulkham hills, never seen this happening.



We engaged #swimmart to carry out a monthly pool cleaning service, however, the service has been inconsistent and customer service has been below average.



This month, we decided enough is enough, they will not provide the level of service that is expected, and will not even listen. Spoke to the management, and they weren't interested in even resolving the issue, or at least customer service 101, listen to your customers before you speak.



I wonder how you can provide good advice, or just advice in general, when you don't even listen to your customers.



If this guys can't provide the service that they promised, i am taking my business else where.

The service at Swimart is very good- a smile greets you when you enter the store, there is an eagerness to help solve any pool problems and the staff will carry anything heavy to your car. The water testing service is very good as well, but with a few more trained staff on deck, this process would be much faster, particulary in the busier months, when the demand for water testing is high. Alternatively, one can always leave their water sample for testing and the results picked up at a later date.
