Far too expensive for service calls - cheaper to go with a qualified electrician to check 12v pool light. $200 for 1.5 hrs!!!!! - Certainly won't be considering monthly pool servicing from these guys. Better value elsewhere from at least two nearby competitors. Technician polite and punctual but the shop's pricing is ridiculous. Good luck to them if that's how they attract or keep customers :)

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They did not honour given time frames, return phone calls or even MAKE calls when required. A waste of many months dealing (or not dealing) with them on ONE issue they STILL haven't fixed even though they promise to call me time and time again.
