Absolutely the most rude and arrogant woman I have ever come across working behind the counter today. I walked into the shop and was greeted with a "do you want something?" No hello or welcome. Walked back out of the shop straight away, I had the intention of buying a few things from you but I will take my business elsewhere. I think somebody needs to re-evaluate her position in the shop as she most certainly will lose you business

Worst service and attitude ever. When they come to clean your pool they will overcharge you on chemicals and only vacuum a few leaves out leaving track marks on the bottom of the pool from the dirt still on the bottom. If u complain they will respond with a sarcastic comment and told you are wrong. If you want a great pool cleaner do not use swimart rouse hill
