I will admit the cupcakes i ordered for my engagement party were nice. However the customer service is not good. The management does not answer or return phone calls or emails. I was told my deposit would be paid into my bank account and it has not been, i have had to email and call numerous times before getting a return call saying the money has not been transferred. Will not recommend or order from Swirls again.
Just to clarify, this deposit was paid/refunded directly to your account 2 working days after the stand was returned, and an email was forwarded to you outlining the receipt details etc as confirmation. Thankyou
Just to clarify, the money was transferred 3 business days after the promised date and only transferred after i had to make numerous calls asking for my money. I wonder how long it would have taken if at all, to transfer if i had not questioned it. I stand by my statement to not buy from Swirls and suggest anyone reading this to do the same, it's not worth the hassle that comes with it.
If a direct bank transfer had never been made to your account before, it can take longer for the money to show up in your account. Is it really the end of the world to wait 1 extra day?
