**Do not buy bridesmaid dresses from here**
Very disappointing service and communication. Purchased 2x bridesmaid dresses start of October ’16 for my March ’17 wedding. Told they would take 10-12 weeks, I would get a call when they arrived instore. Called at 9 weeks to see how they were tracking – very rudely told that it hadn’t been 10-12 weeks and that I will get rung when they arrived. To cut a very long story short, after multiple phone calls/visits in store, 1 of my dresses arrived start of Feb -17 weeks post order. No one knew when the other dress was coming. Ended up having to deal with the company owner to get any answers. Other dress arrived near the end of Feb – 20 weeks post order. The dresses needed to go to New Zealand for fittings – which the company did pay for. They also said I would get a store voucher which, surprise surprise, I have never seen. To avoid stress and disappointment – shop elsewhere.

Living in Tasmania with very limited shopping I have relied on SWISHS online store for all my weddings and cocktail functions after visiting the store in Melbourne in 2014. Can always rely on the ladies to offer me honest and helpful advise over the phone on the fits and styles making the online process a breeze. Have recommended it all my friends here and now we all can't go to Melbourne without visiting!!

Terrible after sales service online... Received a dress, print not as pictured. Refused to refund after several requests, forced to have store credit even though the dress was 'not as described.' Finally use the credit, only for took too much money to be taken from my credit card and the dress arrived faulty.
Langhems dresses are made from cheap material, you could buy similar from an Wholesaler in Chinatown. Not impressed. A $250 dress should not leave the manufacturer faulty let alone from the stockist!!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. This company sent me a faulty item in the mail and are refusing a refund saying I caused the damage. I have to seek legal action to get my money back

Brilliant customer service, extremely helpful but not at all pushy. The clothes are lovely and a wide variety to suit most special occasions.
