I ordered a printer and cartridges, I received the info but no printer, so after 2 weeks of nothing I emailed cancelling the order as I was desperate and had to go buy one. Then I get a statement, so I reply to this email saying to cancel, I have heard nothing. I have now just received an email advising the invoice is due for payment in 3 days, still no printer or communication. I have just sent another email cancelling and requesting some form of contact. I will never, ever use you again.
I ordered a printer cartridge at the beginning of Dec 2021 and got an invoice that I was given 30 days grace to pay. It is now Jan 24 and the cartridge has not been delivered. Two weeks ago the compant representative Michael asked me to come and pick the item up from the Greensborough Post office. In other words the item was meant to be shipped to my address but the company were asking me to come to this distant post office to pick up the item. I don't know what is happening with this company but they certainly take the top prize for incompetence.

Keep in mind there has been some delays around some orders that were processed around Christmas/NY due to logistical challenges on the back of Omicron. I look forward to hearing asap so we can fix the issue.
