Out of principle I will never shop at Sybil's on Ruthven Street and not because of the parking issue but because the staff does not care less about getting a sale and closes the doors when it suits them. I was going back the next day to pay cash $310 for a lovely dress which I had told the staff to put aside for me the day before and they did not even have the courtesy to allow my mother and daughter and myself into the shop at 4.45pm that day as they shut the doors at 4.30pm when closing time was 5pm. They was so rude and unhelpful and if they owns the business they needs to just walk away from the retail industry.
