I went to this surgery a few months ago for a check up and clean, and was seen by Dr. John Hanna. He was amazing!! Very welcoming and gentle - I didn't feel a thing! Not only that, but his very relaxed and friendly nature made the entire experience great! He had to do some fillings for me, and he used a rubber dam. Such service from a dentist is very hard to come by these days, so I was very grateful. The nurses are really friendly too! Its hard not to 'smile' after visiting this surgery!

I have been a regular patient at this dentist over the past 3 years. My children are so excited to go for their check ups. The staff make our visit so much fun. The dentist is gentle and accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend this as a great surgery and on comparing their fees with my previous dentist they provide an excellent service at average fees.

I went to this surgery with a horrible tooth ache, I havent been to the dentist for quite a few years. I saw Dr. John Hanna. He was so patient with me and gentle. He had to numb up my tooth and I did not feel it at all. I would recommend this surgery to anybody. They were very kind and the staff were lovely. I will be returning to them next month for my next treatment

This dental surgery has no customer loyalty what so ever. After visiting them for over 14 years- not just me but my family as well- they bluntly told me they couldnt see me for an appointment any time soon and to go to another clinic. That is just not on, in my opinion and lacks professionalism.

One dentist lost a drill bit in my mouth and then said not to worry. WTF.....what is going on with good service and customer service these days.

Lucky they didnt charge me for the drill bit too.....lol
