Sydenham Locksmithing

I'm disgusted with the response I got from this business. I locked myself out of the house today and my partner was 3 hours away. Given that it was a public holiday I expected to pay a premium but was a little shocked with the estimate I was given so I said I'd have to check with my partner if this was our best option and I'd call back. The rude bloke's response was 'if you have to call back, we're not interested'. I had to ask him to repeat this as I thought 'surely he didn't say what I thought I heard', but he did! So Sydenham Locksmiths, i'm not interested in giving you my business. I'm a customer service trainer and will adding this little example of what not to do, to my sessions from tomorrow. Let's see how fast I can spread the word...

Came out same day at a time that was convenient for me. Would certainly use again.

I used this service when i broke the key in the lock of my front door. He was fantastic, came out when he said he would and did a fantastic job. What a friendly and efficient service. I have already verbally recommended him to friends and family. Highly recommended service and attitude
