Horrible experience twice with this vet.

Visit #1:
Our puppy was 8 weeks old and had coughed up a sharp bit of plastic, we are first time owners and were terrified that she was severely injured. She was crying so waited around the corner in the car so she wouldn't disturb the reception area. I came in to check when the vet was available and I was completely ignored by the reception girls. I called in to get a quote for leptospirosis shots. After being advised it would cost $195 with consult the lady refused to tell me how much it would cost for the shot without consultation. When asked "why", she went on to advise it was "so I don't feel bad about the price".

That is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. Who would not provide customers with a price for a vaccine! WILL NOT GO HERE! Absolute joke...

Would not go anywhere else! Can’t believe some of these reviews as my pets have never been happier and I’ve never been to another clinic with quite the quality of care as Sydney animal hospifals

???? Thank you to all the fabulous staff at Erskingville that cared for me during the Christmas period. It’s so clean and nice smelling there! ???? Particularly to Stacey, who just gave me love and attention ???? Love, ‘Milo’ (cat) ????

Took my cat there to get his nails clipped and ended up waiting more than 50 minutes before giving up and leaving. Watched other customers walk in and have to wait 15 minutes + to get served because there was no one (not even a bell to call someone) to reception. In short would recommend this place if you have 1.5 hours to kill doing nothing and like being ignored otherwise (like me) i will not be coming back here- appaling service!
