I bought a battery from this company in June 2022, it never worked properly, the start/stop function never operated and they told me that was because the initial battery wasn't fully charged. Eventually I serviced the car few days ago and the report from NRMA was that the battery was faulty (see photo). When I tried to have it replaced under warranty, Peter used a meter which, miraculously, indicated that the battery was OK. When I asked to see the calibration of his meter he refused. I suspect his meter has NEVER been calibrated and it is designed to show perfection, no matter how poor the battery is.

I just had my car battery replaced today by this company. I had a look on their website and saw that the price was $179 for a 3yr warranty battery for my car so I decided to give them a call and the gentleman I spoke to over the phone quoted me a price of $199. I confirmed the booking and time and after confirmation I was then sent a text stating that the price will be $199 PLUS 10%GST and 2% if paying by card. I would like to make a little suggestion to Sydney Battery Replacement Services and that is to quote the full price including GST the next time and maybe update the prices on your website. All in all, I thought I'd save some money, but I only ended up saving $1 compared to other battery replacement company that I had contacted (except they were upfront about their all in prices). But the guy that turned up was polite and did a quick battery replacement.

Bought a battery only few months ago but keeps going flat all the time i had to get my neighbour to help me jumpstart 3 times already.

I really appreciate their response time to their customers. I sent an enquiry and they replied in just a few minutes, it makes me feel valued as a customer and it's great to see a company consider this. The technician is a very nice young man and he came very quickly, he replaced the battery in 10 minutes and we're done!

Price was great and the service was very fast. They came within an hour and the technician was very nice and professional.
