I had been warned that despite the $10 happy hour sign out front they often tried to force you into paying more. Which is exactly what they did, I asked for the $10 happy hour wash and they said my car was dirty so it would be $20 (silly of me to take a dirty car to get washed i know). My car was then given the quickest 'clean' i've ever seen and was returned to me without even being dried, my car probably would've been cleaner if i hadn't gone by the time the dirty water streaks dried on the windows. I would strongly reccomend avoiding this place if its the last thing you do
I cannot put in words how bad this car wash was. I had a Super Wash with Wax and the detial -$145 at the GORDON car wash.
They are totally understaffed. Went the first day (Monday) and was told it would be a 5hr wait. Went next morning at 8.30 and was third in line.
The wash was rushed... Streaky Windows, wheels half done and the dash rejuvenation was wiped through in one stroke. I now have streaky marks on the dash and other areas in the interior.
With so many reputable car wash places in Sydney, I strongly recommend you find another place to wash your car.
THIS WAS REALLY BAD!
Excellent! Cafe was very nice, with comfortable couches, chairs, tables, big-screen LCD TV, & spacious. Cafe girl was very friendly and professional and a good selection of coffees, snacks and sweets. The cappuccino was brought to me, & was included in the price of the Super Wash - $35. You can pay for the service in the cafe. Reasonably quick wash & vacuum, and fantastic job! The steering & brakes are additionally so good now it seems like they did a wheel alignment, lol. Would not hesitate to recommend this business (Gordon branch). ??
The cafe is very very very poor! Hardly could even be considered a cafe. Seriously, they sell pre-packages ice creams and that's basically it. The floor is also going-to-lose-my-footing-and-get-seriously-injured slippery. I think it's because the soap from he car wash gets walked in by the customers and staff. I was happy with the way my car was cleaned.
This place is toxic. Personnel is rude and intimidating. The owner likely has his relatives as managers, so doesn't care if they do all that. The personnel does their best to upsell you and not deliver anything, but demand the money. Wash quality is so low that you may need to go somewhere else and wash your car again. The "cafe" part is antisanitary, and the toilet is state of decay. They obviously pay someone to post 5-star reviews on Truelocal and other review services, and you will be able to spot them right away. Stay away from this car wash.
