Perhaps one of the worst customer service i have ever come across... I give the new south wales school of massage a one star. One star for its location one star for its surroundings, one star for the people who work there and one star because i didn't get a chance to even attend my seminar.

Unfortunately BerkBoosh fails to explain in his review that he first made a booking and then did not show up to it on time. He then aggressively demanded a refund. Our policy is that if you do not show up for a booking that can no longer be sold to another customer, your forfeit that fee. It is a fair policy that all our other 2,000+ satisfied customers are happy to follow these past 25 years of service!
BerkBossh also fails to explain how he started being rude, aggressive and using expletives to our staff who were attempting to provide a solution.
Our clinic continues to deliver great massage treatments for only $30 to over 300+ satisfied customers per week - all of who are happy to follow the fair procedures of our schools massage clinic ;-)
Advice to BerkBoosh - sometimes you need to stop swearing Berk and listen to the advice being give.
like i said on the phone i was in the area right next to the school and would have loved a massage, but the problem was that i couldn't find parking anywhere as much as i tried to tell you in the most gentlemen of state you refused to listen, kept bugging me off and i was about to lose it been searching the area for a spot for almost an hour, and not once did you say i understand and this is what will do for you.. like i said i was in the area right next to the building but i couldn't attended due to parking least you guys could have done is to book me for another day which you replied to bad to sad. Worst.
Hey BerkBoosh. I read your review about NSW School of Massage. If you want a really good massage and very friendly service you should try Nim Thai. They are in Surry Hills near Taylor Square. There are plenty of parking spaces and many of them not even meter. You can get a 1 hour massage from lovely Thai girl for $50!! The owner will even move her own car to give you a spot if you get into difficulty finding parking. Try it!
