This is the first time we have had to deal with smash repairs and was not sure what to expect. Every one there explained every step clearly and assisted us with our insurance claim. Everything was organised to suit our timetable and they kept to the promised timings. Work was high quality, we received email updates along the way and they took the extra step to deliver the car back home.

Called them 4.30pm Friday evening prior to the Queens Birthday weekend. They called me back on Saturday morning and even offered to collect the car on the Monday holiday. They were incredibly helpful in sorting out my problem, and their service and follow up were exceptional.

Extremely competitive pricing, good solid work, on time and on budget. What more could you ask? The added bonus is that they treat you professionally without any attitude, even if you are a blonde woman with a car full of baby seats.

I went to this panel beater on the basis of the reviews below. The quote was higher than elsewhere and was for less work (i.e. touch up, not remove and repaint). I went to a panel beater in Artarmon and got a complete job at a cheaper price.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Took the car in for an insurance claim and they were more helpful in walking me through and updating me on the process than my insurance company. The work was fast and of the highest quality, and the people are honest, direct, and extremely helpful. Couldn't make it to collect my car from the shop during their operating hours so they organised an after-hours pickup for me. The whole thing couldn't have been easier and the people couldn't be nicer. Highly recommended.
