I had my bike "fixed" but 1 week later the chain was loose and came off and was nearly in a fatal accident

WARNING! absolutely, horrid and inconceivable service. Dropped my bike off for service at 9:30am, the guy I spoke to, told me they will call me to let me know when it’s ready for pick up. 3pm rolls up and no call or text, so I call them. The guy says yeah it’s ready, I get there at 3:59pm, they close at 4pm. They offer no service saying to me to come back on Monday. I work 9-5 Monday to Friday, then one of the workers has the unmitigated gal too blame for the situation. When they failed to notify me when the bike was ready for pickup. The owner who has the keys and ability to get me my bike says to me I have somewhere to be so come back tmr at 4pm and leaves. I gave my details to one of the workers and ask him when I will be hearing from them, he responds we’ll call you. Like they did in the first instance. Very unprofessional service. I would never use it again. My bike is Kawasaki zx6r 636. I booked parts at there and they got parts for kawasaki zx6r 600 which never been sold (desigen for competition rule). After that, they charged me additional labour fee because they could not fit the wrong part to my bike and worng parts re-instock fee because of their mistake. Really unjustifiable!

Been to lane cove shop really liked the shop and range. Buying online is sub par I would never buy online again after somehow sending to wrong address even though I gave them the right address. Was a big hassle to get it sorted.
Ordered another part online from bike biz with no hassle and super fast postage. If buying in store at Sydney city motorcycles great shop but I don’t recommend buying online

I bought a kawasaki h2 from these guys thought finance and the service was absolutely splendidly it too took such a shortness amount of time for the bike to come in and for me to Be riding it the following weekend they constantly kept be in touch and updated daily all the team did a fantastic job sales to finance to service they went above and beyond to meet my demands and was delivered so quickly I couldn't thanks these guys enough they were the only people roc take me seriously and not hang up the phone on me when I asked about the bike
