Sydney Collision Car Star

Worst experience. I was told that the car would be ready by Friday, which did not happen. Had to pay for a rental car for the weekend. Still hoping to get the car on Monday, again only receiving a call to say that the car was returned to workshop due to bad quality of the painting work. Then on Tuesday, I had to wait for half an hour in their office to get my car back. Unsatisfied with the final work, I preferred to leave and get it rechecked/fixed somewhere else.

terrible! terrible! terrible! if there was the option of choosing no stars i would.
terrible custoemer service particularly from the manager Christian. The workmanship was an absolute joke. returned 3 times. A 5 day job took over 2 months and still was not complete. The job was completed at a neighbouring repairer. The workmanship was an absolute joke! On one occassion when i rejected the repair they took it around the corner and try to fix it quickly with some white spray paint can. Appalling! Came back wet with overspray! I would never take a car there again. NRMA needs to definitely review their partnership! Christian's customer service skills are sub par. Shocking! My experience with Sam was also brilliant. He struck me as a decent and honest man, genuinely trying his best to get my car back on the road and in as new condition. Sydney Collision Car Star was recommended to me by NRMA and I will certainly return there when and if I need work done on any of my cars at my own cost.

Sam was great and easy to deal with to get my car assessed and then when I dropped it off Christian looked after me the whole way through and made it a real easy process and worked around my needs more then anything.

I was told 5-7 working days and only took 4 days.

I would just like to thank the boys there for their great service.

These people assured me that my small job would take 1 to 2 weeks to repair. It took 2 months. They were difficult to contact throughout and simply kept telling about the completion date. I had to pay for a hire car in the meantime. Buyer beware. There are a lot of good repairers around. DO NOT go to this one. If NRMA insists on referring you to these people, REFUSE to go.
