A relaxing, peaceful way to release whatever it is that is bothering you.I am trained as a Reiki Master and have qualifications in AFT (attractor field technique) and to work with the latest range of vibrational flower rose essences.
Offering you the choice of a relaxing energy healing session which works subtly on all levels of the body as you chill out on the massage table fully clothed this is great for any busy person who wants to feel more balanced and back in alignment.
Or, if you have emotional issues or blocks that you would like to clear, AFT is great at getting to the bottom of what it is that is bothering you and releasing this permanently.
Rose Readings are one of my favourite modalities as they provide a beautiful and subtle way of finding out more about who you are and what is going on in your life right now. Taking one hour of your time is a perfect antidote to everyday life and will give you direction and understanding of the issues you are facing and how to work with them in everyday life.
All these modalities are tried and tested over many years and I usually intuit exactly what is right for you on the day.
