This is the sort of family-run small business that gives personal service and individual attention combined with vast experience and professionalism. The price was right, the installation was efficient and it all happened with a minimum of fuss. I couldn't recommend these people highly enough.

We had an aluminium casting colonial flyscreen door installed in 2010. Everything went smoothly, and we were very pleased. However, 5 years later, the powder coating is flaking off the aluminium and there is a white powder underneath the flaky bits. I understand this is aluminium rust. As the door is under cover, being under a porch, I am disappointed. On enquiry, I found out the doors only have a 2 year warranty. So, caveat emptor. Research seems to indicate that proper priming before powder coating would prevent this happening. But hey, who knows.

We had a couple of replacement screens done by them. We provided then with the measurements and picked the finished items up from their shop. We had contacted a couple of other companies, which were either not willing to do that, but insisted that we would not be able to measure accurately, or quoted phantasy prices or were simply rather rude when it became clear that we wouldn't go for the 'full-service' option. Everyone at Sydney Flyscreen & Door Factory was corteous at all times and provided all required information, the screens were finished even a tad early and are simply perfect - and all that at a very competitive price. No complaints at all. Should we need any more screens in the future, we'll definitely get them from Sydney Flyscreen & Door Factory.

He was very personable and efficient. The flyscreens look great, too. Definitely recommended over other suppliers, some of whom did not even return my call or were too slow in booking up an appointment.
