VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE! I booked 4 bedroom Bondi beach home for 2 weeks in February 2017. The booking was made for my family who is travelling from Russia to Sydney for my wedding. Before confirming the booking I asked Anthony (the Director) to make sure that the owner won't need the house for the requested dates, he said that I can take the booking, so I paid the full amount in advance. I was very upset when I received a phone call from Anthony, and he said that the owner found another client who wants to book the property for a longer period so he will cancel my booking. He offered me another place to stay which he said was the same quality as the house I booked...The new place he offered was an apartment - NOT a house (I really wanted to book a house with a backyard) and it was further away from the beach, it didn't look modern and clean. I had the most amazing experience on my visit to Australias City of Sydney on business. My assistant managed to secure accommodation in an apartment overlooking Bondi Beach. As if that was not all the privacy, peace and quiet are just what the doctor had ordered for my mission to Sydney to be a success. I had a number of presentations to finalize and the arrangement, atmosphere and scenery brought out the best in me. On top of all this my assistant tells me it all cost next to nothing.
