ABOUT US
Sydney Metro Psychology Services is a psychological practice consisting of registered psychologists who work to enable people to develop greater self awareness, make positive changes in their lives and improve their capacity to resolve emotional, personal and relationship issues. Our psychologists give people access to a vast range of expertise and are dedicated to maintaining high levels of commitment and standards of training whilst following high levels of ethical and professional conduct. We offer counselling services for depression, anxiety, panic, anger management, grief, addictions, stress, chronic pain, relationships, trauma, abuse, work cover and compulsory third party insurance issues.
APPOINTMENT AND FEE STRUCTURE
The duration of each appointment is 50 minutes and the current cost per appointment is $140*. If you have a referral from your General Practitioner through Medicare on a Mental Health Care Plan, you are entitled to receiving a rebate of $84.80 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. If you have been referred under an approved Work Cover or Compulsory Third Party Insurance claim, fees will be charged to the insurer. Private Health insurance rebates may also apply, but it is best to check with your insurer prior to appointments.
