Recently taken over by Tennis World - number of people in a lesson has increases and they have increased the prices. Used to be 4 kids in a 45min lesson, now there are 7/8. Unfortunately the new owners do not have the same passion as the previous manager and subsequently a lot of the good coaches have left. Clearly for Tennis World it is all about making money - what a shame
Was treated with contempt. Never told how to do backhands. The trainer didn't like me. Had 2 lessons left available. Couldn't use them up because it kept raining for weeks. They refused to refund money and because of the bad weather I never got my money back. Use to get regular emails, never heard from them again. Tried to phone them got nowhere.
It might be Olympic Park, but that doesn't mean you necessarily get treated well.
You aren't allowed to ask for numbers of people who are training with you because of "privacy reasons." But you need a hitting partner "between seasons." Because it's divided into semesters (if you will.)
They will email you and invite you to go, take your money. But if you've got problems they don't want to know.
Feel like I was treated badly being Australian to be honest with you.
I have since resolved this issue with them. It's now under new management. I feel satisfied.
Went here recently with a group of friends, with the facilities this place offers you can see why it is a world class venue, 15 courts, shop and cafe plus the surrounds of homebush, we made a day out of it, played abit of tennis, around $25 per hour then we headed over to the aquatic centre had a swim then grabbed some lunch in the olympic park complex, DFO isnt far either so we stopped off there on the way home.
