If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Do not deal with them. Especially if you are an interstate buyer.
Car not described as it really presented.
Brought a $25000 car and had dents all over it, broken and damaged moulds, touch ups from what seemed like a 3 year old with a paint brush and had not been detailed.
I asked for $350 so I could get it detailed and couple dents removed and was denied.
They tried to say was my friends doing that picked up the car and sent me 2 photos of the car taken from 5 meters away to prove their case.
I told them to take as many photos as possible of the car before it left Sydney and that was not done either.
It was their perfect way out of getting rid of a heap car that no one would buy if they seen
Stay well clear.
So, I purchased a vehicle from them on the 26/08/2017 and the car failed to start in a shopping mall on the 03/09/2017 due to flat battery. I had to go through a great deal of stress on fixing the issue of jump starting the car as the resources weren't available (lets not get in to that). When I called them, apparently this isn't covered under warranty. Come on, the car didn't even last 8 days.
I don't think its fair on a customer to receive a car which failed within just 8 days. The salesperson had a look at the car and accepted the battery was faulty and gave me $60 to replace it, while in reality it costed me $280.
When I asked them of sending an invoice after replacing the battery, apparently it will go straight to the bin.
Not pleased at all.
Dear Tim
I am sorry you feel this way. Batteries aren't covered under the dealer statutory warranty. Out of good faith we contribute dollars towards a new battery.
Please dont hesitate to contact our office for parts in the future. For example a battery for your make of vehile should only retail for $110.00.
Wishing you all the best
