Absolutely appalling, couldn't get any sleep all night because of the nurse bell constantly ringing, rude staff and I accidentally left my iphone charger in my room, the hospital advised they would post it out to me but 2 weeks later it never arrived I had to email management who advised they would take no responsibility for it. So disgraceful, wish I never went to that hospital.

My wife was admitted here for maternity in August and our experience was appalling. Most staff members were rude and our medical experience can easily be compared to what you will get in a public hospital. Wrote to the hospital and the management justified every incident reported by saying they were heavily booked, and under staff . If we had know we would have gone private patient at a Public Hospital where our experience as fully public patient with our first daughter has been amazingly.
