Sydney Splashbacks & Mirrors

Had a heat resistant mirror splashback install which eventually cracked under heat pressure. They refuse to return my calls/emails or honour the 7 year warranty. Very dissapointing especially as I work in the building industry. They also installed a glass window panel which crooked and slightly too short so we had to carefully remove it and reglue it ourselves as they would not come back to do it.
Do not recommend these guys and will be taking them to the Department of fair trading!! Keep away and dont waste your money.

Dealt with a gentleman name Mickel very kind and dedicated to his work . He installed a mirror splashback turned out gorgeous will recommend this company very good and professional .

Spash back installed in December could be sumed up as , chipped glass that was poorly measured then poorly installed and after the have your money you will never see them again so we will have to smash it out and have it done again
They wont answer phone calls, return messages or reply to Emails.
Very disapointing

If i could rate a negative star for this "Company" i would.

1. Their ABN doesnt exist if you try to look it up on ASIC so obviously a dodgy number.

2. Cant even get in contact with them, so no reason for me to even write this review because if you are as stupid as me to hand over your money without speaking to someone, then you deserve to lose your money too.

3. After I wrote a scathing review on google reviews, 2 new 5 star reviews appear the same week. lo and behold, one of the names belongs to the owner of the company.

4. Obviously i paid for an inferior product and have tried 40+ phone calls, emails, faxes, texts to get in contact with them to fix the faulty splashback and shower screen, but zero replies.

Please dont waste your money. There are so many other compaines out there to choose from.
