I also have had the same experience as the poster below...company did not return the $10,000 security bond which they debited my credit card. They made all sorts of implausible excuses to justify the delays but it has now been over 2 months and still no refund. It has cost me time, money and stress. Do not do business with them. I have filed several complaints with various bodies and am now looking at legal action..
Beware you may have major difficulty getting your bond refunded.. most rental co's simply put an 'authority' on your c.card, SSCR took out the full value of rental plus $7000 bond the day before the car was picked up. Then tried to charge the full amount AGAIN on collection, lucky my card limit was already exceeded. After car was returned with no issues, it took more than 6 weeks, dozens of phonecalls and threat of legal action to finally get the bond money refunded. Each time they had promised that there were no problems, and the refund had been done. DONT RENT WITH THEM
I am also unfortunately going through the pain of trying to recover my $7000 deposit from this company. They are non-responsive and unprofessional. STAY AWAY.
