Sydney Super Shuttle - Misuse of the word super it would seem.
My Girlfriend and I used this service to and from the Ibis hotel and we were not impressed.
First of all there was absolutely zero information or timetable at the Airport shuttle pick up area.
This all seemed to be in the head of a guy in a high viz jacket who was abrupt and a chain smoker.
When the shuttle eventually arrived the driver (GT6815) was rude to customers and appeared to have no customer service skills or sense of urgency.
He insisted on complaining about a seat on the vehicle when after a long flight that's the last thing you want to hear about! I would not recommend this service at all !
Sydney Super Shuttle – a totally forgettable experience
My wife and I made the regrettable decision to take the Sydney Superbus Shuttle minbus service that picks up from the Adina Serviced Apartments located near Sydney Airport to the International Terminal for a morning flight.
Although the tickets were purchased through The Adina, I don’t believe they have anything to do with the running of the so called service provided.
The driver was rude, did not appear to display his public passenger vehicle driver licence in plain view (a legal requirement), departed the Hotel on time, ran a red light straight out of the hotel (it had been red for a while), and in the next few blocks tail gated other traffic, barged his way into other lanes, drove aggressively and you at times felt like you were riding the roller coaster at Luna Park. Everyone was happy to get off!
Something we definitely will not be repeating!
